- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Programming problem due to bad weather, door would not remain closed. Did not fully understand specific product (programmable electric drive motor). Gave up having achieved nothing! left a brochure and suggestion that only option was replacement £500 + VAT. I contacted a previous company used years ago. They could not attend until jan. 4th which gave me a few days to think, because it was working fine until a freak wind damaged the motor case while we were out. Re-reading of origial instruction book took about an hour, BUT I managed to reprogramme !! Now fine.He phoned no-one for advice! Cost me his visit for nothing.By Admin, March 06, 2019
